Thank you for shopping at Blushly.Beauty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tested. For health and safety reasons, all beauty products are considered final sale once the safety seal is broken or the product has been opened.

If you have changed your mind and the product is still in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us at genzway556@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage (both the product and the shipping packaging).

  • We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If an item is verified as damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of the return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
